Executive Assistant:

Inbox zero is the norm for you. You’re ridiculously organized, great at communication, and proficient at juggling many things.

You should be someone who:

  • Is a positive, motivated person.

  • Needs minimal direction.

  • Solves problems independently.

  • Loves details and organization.

  • Can juggle multiple priorities.

  • Loves to figure out solutions.

  • Is passionate about keeping things organized.

  • Learns quickly.

Example of what you’d be doing:

  • Set meetings.

  • Arrange travel(flights, hotels, meals, etc…)

  • Help keep me organized.

  • Handle any necessary follow ups.

  • Research on a variety of different subjects.

  • Schedule meetings/lunches/dinners, etc…

  • Helping to manage calendar and inbox.

  • Coordinate with cook, cleaners, bookkeepers, etc…

You’d basically be staying on top of things so that I don’t have to, without letting anything fall through the cracks. You’d be taking care of things that pop up, and basically helping to keep my life organized and optimized.

I occasionally host networking events or parties for entrepreneurs, you’d be responsible for coordinating the guest list and event details, arranging a venue if it’s not at my place, and putting the those events together from start to finish.

You’re also someone who works really well with others. While you’d be working with me most of the time, you’d also be working with my current assistant who will be heading up another project for me.

If you’re someone who needs to be told what to do, please don’t apply. You must be able to think for yourself and come up with optimal solutions on your own.

You should already have a track record of success with that, and be able to research for yourself to solve problems that pop up.

In other words, I’m not looking for someone to present me a list of potential solutions, I’m looking for someone who already got it done.

Is this you?
